Playing for environmental protection
“Save our Planet” is a product line that is all about strengthening the holistic protection of the earth. The beleduc range will continue to grow on this topic in the future. We want to get the message across: Although I am a small child, my actions have a big impact. I am a small, big climate hero!
How can we teach children about environmental protection?
Our “Save our Planet” products are accompanied by five animal heroes with different themes, each with their own mission. Billy Bee cares about biodiversity in the meadow, Foxy Fox cares about a healthy forest with different trees and plants. Wanda the raccoon is a real everyday heroine and helps with the correct waste separation. Paul Penguin stands up against global warming and Tina Turtle protects the oceans. With the climate heroes from beleduc, children can find out which problems need to be tackled in order to save the planet.
The "Save our Planet" line currently comprises five products. With the “HUMANICO waste separation” matching puzzle , children learn about recycling and correct waste separation in a playful way. The “What Can I Do” puzzle is also about logical combinations in relation to our environment and helps children to playfully reflect on their behavior in the world. In “Pingolino”, the little penguins have to be rescued because their ice floes are slowly melting. “Joe's Zoo” explains the important role of species conservation in zoos in a child-friendly way. The starfish “Mr. Bubbles” invites children to cuddle and at the same time informs them about environmental pollution with an integrated game.
Beleduc takes responsibility
For us, sustainability includes climate and nature conservation as well as responsibility for all the people we work with and who trust us. For us, longevity starts with product development. With well thought-out game concepts and variants, we encourage a high level of challenge, which guarantees long-lasting fun. Many of our games and puzzles have been made from wood since the beginning - since 2024, some of our products have been made from materials from FSCTM-certified sources.
