Instructions for completing the Ticketportal form

  1. Select language
  2. Select a category: What types of complaints are there?

General information:

  • Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk and must be completed in order to submit the ticket to us.
  • If the required information is genuinely unavailable or cannot be obtained, you can still enter “not available” in the field; the ticket will still be submitted



  1. Name: please provide the name of a contact person who can answer any queries
  2. Email address: Contact person's email address
  3. Telephone number for enquiries: contact person’s or organisation’s number
  4. Customer number: Your beleduc customer number beginning with 1040-C…
  5. Customer name/company: Your company name or the company from which you ordered the beleduc item
  6. Country code: Please select one of the two options (“Germany/Austria” or “Export/others” for all other countries)
  7. beleduc item no.: 5-digit code (as stated on the beleduc invoice or delivery note)
  8. Quantity: Specify the number of items affected by the complaint
  9. Delivery note number: Number beginning with 1040-SIP… or alternatively IUWHS…; if this is not available, an invoice number beginning with 1040-INV… may also be used
  10. Date of purchase: Please select from the calendar field
  11. Subject: Please provide a brief description of the complaint
  12. Note: You can provide further details here
  13. Image: Checkbox to remind you that photographic evidence must be provided. Please attach photographic evidence of the defect (e.g. damaged transport packaging, material defect, etc.) at the end of the form. The following information regarding image/video formats:

    File restrictions:
    • Maximum number of attachments: 3
    • Maximum size per attachment: 86 MB
    • Only files with the following extension may be uploaded:
      .mkv, .gif, .jpg, .png, .zip, .rar, .csv, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .pdf, .mp4

    Please close the ticket first, adding a brief note in the message field to say that a file will be uploaded shortly. Save your file using the ticket number as the filename, then upload it via the link provided..
