Withdrawal

According to §13 BGB the consumer is not bound by his order provided the consumer cancels within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of goods. It is not necessary to indicate any reason for the cancellation. Consumer can cancel his order in writing (to write an Email is sufficient) or by returning the goods at the risk of Beleduc. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods on time to the following address:

Please frank the parcel sufficiently so that surcharges can be avoided. Beleduc will refund the postage immediately to you. In case you return damaged or used merchandise we will deduct the statutory amount. Consumer can avoid this, by checking the goods in a way which also would be possible in a shop. Please return the goods without traces of use and in its original packaging. We bear the costs of return of goods in case your order amount exceeds EUR 50,-.

Excluded from the return of goods are:

- merchandise, which has been made according to customer's special request or which is obviously adapted to personal needs.

- merchandise, which is not appropriate for return due to their character.

- perishable goods or goods whose date of expiry would be exceeded

- audio or video records or software which have been unsealed by consumer

- newspapers, magazines, periodicals
